Organizing your flows into folders is a good idea, especially if you have several different flows for the same purpose. For example, you may have four abandoned cart flows, one sent to domestic customers, one sent to international customers, one sent to domestic non-customers, and finally one sent to international non-customers. Using folders will allow you to easily find different categories of flows.
Adding a Flow to a Folder
First, click Edit Details beside the flow that you would like to add to a folder.
Once you click this button, a dialog box will appear. Here, you can change the name of a flow and add it to a folder.
Create a New Folder
If you would like to create a new folder, you can click the Folder drop-down in the Flows tab and select Add Folder.
